I am Your Realtor on the Block ...

My name is Madeleine Alonzo and I am Your Realtor on the Block.

I grew up in Union City and after spending over 15 years in the South Bay, I recently moved back home.  Being born in Guatemala and raised in California, I grew up watching my parents work toward their American dream of homeownership. Years later, I was able to accomplish the same dream myself - and it shaped everything about how I serve my clients today. 

My background is in Advertising but my heart has always been in helping people.  That’s why I spent 18 years as a preschool teacher before becoming a Realtor with Coldwell Banker.  I’ve been a first-time homebuyer and recently a seller, so I understand just how emotional, exciting and overwhelming this process can be. Having the right agent by your side makes all the difference.
